It pains me to reposh, but this is a gorgeous dress by Loup. The fabric is amazing and comfortable, but definitely cut in a more modern, slimmer through the hips so it runs a little smaller on curvier women. The line is vintage inspired by French women in the 1960s. Truly a beautiful piece. It is a NWOT retail piece. Size guide posted from the Loup website. For reference, I have 42" hips and the skirt was far too tight for me.

balmainbrunch @theletterk I posted the size guide from the website, which I found runs true for this garment besides the hips. The waist was actually a little tighter but since I'm not 30" it didn't look bad.
