angelawestbr221@qualitywear I have a question for u. There’s someone selling the rainbow writing PINK blankets on M. Except it’s not a Sherpa, they have them with different colored backsides. So where the Sherpa would be, instead it’s either solid yellow fleece, or pink, or purple. Did PINK release that blanket like that or are those fakes?

qualitywearI want to add.. A lot of the blanket patterns are being faked, Sherpas included. I also found towels and some totes! Just google China vs blanket and see for yourself. Everyone needs to share this so all future want to be vs blanket owners know their money is at risk for a $5 fake replica that can't compare to the real thing. A lot of people have already purchased these fakes thinking they're real!

qualitywearVictoria's Secret's lettering on the plastic packaging should be crisp with perfection. Why would it look any other way? The fake blankets sold by the PO box seller have blurry sloppy lettering.. some worse than others. The polka dot fake has speckles of black around some of the letters and the lettering isn't clean. Another thing, the fake bag didn't include any bar code label with the item number on it.

qualitywear@iloveaerobics it does suck! Because now any real vs blankets could potentially be fakes or looked at as fakes. They could easily be purchased from this fake seller to someone that resells it to another unknown buyer. You have to be careful buying any Sherpas, plush blankets, towels and some totes.. The fake blankets are even on amaazon selling from China and Thailand! & who knows how many US sellers are on board with it too. Ugh.

qualitywear@isisdenova She most likely knows what she's doing is wrong. she is shipping from a PO box so her illegal actions can't be traced back to her. I actually bought one from her when she sold the first 15 or so. She kept saying she only had a few left, I thought maybe it as possible she just stocked up..then I saw she sold over 20 more.. Most items she's selling are on China wholesale websites. This needs to be known, so it doesn't happen to anyone else :(

Or you can buy 1,000 of them at $3 each, at this rate, she'll,probably sell 1k of them! I even saw $20 leopard Sherpas! She also uses the same pictures that the China sellers use... Ugh. What can we do about it.

She told a friend of mine, the reason for the bad quality and messed up stitching was because they are returns or damaged blankets. I don't see that anywhere in her descriptions.. Another lie. :/ & a few don't even have pink labels on them and the bag comes without "Victoria's secret" on it. Meaning she paid a lot cheaper.

qualitywear@jkrpink I think no one thinks to check at all. It has the same band around the outside of the blanket (the polka dot one). It's a good fake.. I want to add.... THE PLUSH DOESN'T PULL RIGHT OUT OF REAL PLUSH BLANKETS FROM VS. I can lightly tug on the polka dot plush and pieces fall out. I pull on my black VS labeled one I got from vs online and it doesn't AT ALL. Also check the outer seams, make sure they're nice.

The threading on one side was falling apart, and the seller replied saying all her blankets are either returns or overstocks and "I should have checked it before I sent it out" which sounds DUMB when they're sealed in fake plastic packaging ....... I found a $20 leopard Sherpa on the China site... Sherpas are being faked... Beach towels and totes are as well.

I kind of suspected something when I first got them because there was no tag on them but then I thought maybe they came like that. qualitywear@burownknd Yes ! The plush comes out.. so sorry to hear. If only you caught on sooner and could have returned. I'm in the same boat. If only everyone knew what to look for, these fake scam artists wouldn't be on here. I'm sure a lot of Sherpas are authentic but you can easily run into fakes. Look for ones either new with tags or ask them to provide the label on the front with the barcode and a close up of the Victoria's Secret. If it looks bad or they don't have it.. Then run!

I just asked a girl about hers and she said she would go to vs to verify.. so she didn't even know for sure if her $60 blanket was real.. I think the only sure way to know is if it has the bar code label on the plastic packaging or a tag on it. (Unless the fake China suppliers got smart and added those too :/)

It seems the fake polka blanket is stitched the same way as other real vs pink blankets (at least the black white logo one). Which will make it hard to tell if the blanket is real or fake without a tag or bar code on the plastic

Question) and a bunch of other fakes including blankets.... She's also selling the black/white logo VS PINK tote that's on the China sites... It's a pattern.

And they're using the exact same pics as the fake sites. It was listed new in packaging however there is no VS barcode on the package no Pink tag on the blanket so thin you can see through it where it is sewn together it's crooked and uneven and the blanket is falling apart. If the measurements are given in CM there's another red flag. Blankets/towels are prohibited on PM anyways and need to be reported. Replicas are illegal and need to be reported as well.

lovehealswoundsHello ladies I just want to add that Sometimes when you’re new to collecting or even if you been collecting for a while you will sometimes see girls buy a lot of one certain item and resell them, so it’s so easy for a lot of us to be tricked. Just know that you can’t fully trust everyone who is selling PINK, No matter how long they’ve been collecting and how good of reviews they have. Do your own research and trust your gut.

lovehealswoundsThere is someone who keeps piping up with items that no one has ever seen before and there is Zero record or picture anywhere of it ever existing, and just because she says she got it from China, People believed it’s real authentic rare items. When in fact it’s NOT. It’s just counterfeit or custom made items. Just because someone has a big collection and owns and sells PINK items, It does NOT mean they are trustworthy people who can be 100% trusted 100% of the time.

lovehealswoundsI’m also not saying that nobody can be trusted because I’ve met plenty of good collectors out there who are good people. Just don’t be a gullible person because the wrong people will feed off of that and they will rip you off.

reevesrachel52@qualitywear I think I just got a fake..😭 if I uploaded a photo in my closet van you tell me there's not even a PINK tag on it. She had it listed new with tags.
