goodcents @apple071 thank you for asking. The waistband is elastic. Unfortunately I've gone up a size and I'm no longer a 10. but when I did try it on it fit true to size on me personally. I have updated the listing with the measurements for the 10. I apologize I didn't realize I missed adding those. goodcents @victoriamimi I uploaded a close up of the print. it's St. Barts inspired, as I recall. Tropical trees, bananas, etc. I'm not near it at the moment , but true to size varies so much by brand and body type. I've provided measurements in listing. Safest bet is to lay a garment you're comfortable in on the floor and compare the measurements. Hope that helps! Feel free to ask other questions, if not!
