Hi. I received the earrings I ordered today and one of the earrings is broke. When u pick it up the wire loop hangs side ways instead of straight.

@cindi_wade3 really? I have another pair of the coral I could send to replace or credit the other pair. I can repair it if needed but u can decide to take a credit if it's the abalone pair I won't have new stock for a couple weeks! Let me know what I can do: fix for you, credit or wait for a new pair:) I am sorry that should not have happened, but sometimes the links aren't tight and they can slip off until tightened!
