I've hand cut & weaved halter crop tops out of t shirts. Style inspired by designer Adam Saaks. The neck band ties around (not attached to shirt but is included), & the waist band ties in the back as you can see in the 2nd pic. They fit best on a woman who wears XS or S or whose measurements are within a couple inches of 33 in bust and a few inches of a 26 in waist. These are perfect for festival season at Coachella, Burning man, etc. or clubbing and raves.
