jen_is_lost @blazer90 I just measures them because I used these to model them since I am a 25 and they were loose on me.. They measure 13 1/2" laying flat so they would be 27" waist... Let me know if that fits you and I will dot he bundle.. Also I have that top on hold for you so no worries!!
