_varvara_ I bought a dress from a posher. They claim that they have sent it out. I haven't gotten an email saying it's been shipped. I don't want to get into a disagreement with her but it's been 5 days.

shopsae @gtfoavianna once someone buys an item you go to "my account" and then "my balance" and it will first show as "pending". Once the item is delivered and the buyer rates you, the money is released to you and you can direct a check by mail or a direct deposit xk

shopsae @kari23m it means they are probably wanting to buy multiple listings in your closet! So they "add to bundle" kind of like "add to bag" when you're shopping online, then they buy. Sometimes people hit it by accident and they don't buy but that's what it means lol

You don't understand the frustration is boutique sellers have on here when it comes to people offering $10 on something that's worth well over $40. On top of that we have fees taken from us. emc_2rd Hi! I was just trying to help you with your welcoming. When you notice unsupported items we do not want to pretend nothing is wrong. Advertisement and coffee mugs are not allowed on posh. We as a family on posh need to either educate or report. More than likely if they are new we may want to educate.

futuremrsstyle Hi! I'm wondering how you protect your account from trolls (serious question). I've been an active user for about 6 months and it has taken a lot of time to establish my closet, and I have recently had someone file a case against me for misrepresentation of an item. I think it just didn't fit and they want their money back 😒I don't want this to hurt my ratings since I am a reputable and honest seller. Any advice?
