Hi. I just recieved my box, & it has a shirt in it that I didn't buy, so I think u mixed up my items with someone else's, & I got her skull shirt, & she got my 4 items :( I was supposed to have an owl tshirt, owl hat, bird tee, & brown leggings :( Please let me know what we can do now. Thanks. Initially, I contacted Posh support because I had no idea who sent this :( Closet name on box says Tracey ' s Closet, but that's not the name in Poshmark, so I didn't know who it was from :(

@dogwalker1 - Hi Brenda, I am so sorry for the mix up. I just asked my friend who has been doing this a lot longer than me and she said you just need to let Posh know and they will send you the correct shipping label to send the package to the correct person and same with the other lady.

@dogwalker1 - Normally you would get a notification saying you received your order and to "accept" it but instead of accepting it, you mark it as received wrong order. I will do everything I can on my end to fix this as well. Again I am so sorry, and I apologize for the inconvenience :-(

@amyhay23 - Yes Posh takes a small percentage so you just need to figure out hown much you spent total including shipping and add the seller fee into that. I can lool on my end also. Hamg on..

@amyhay23 - Looks like you paid $12 plus $5.95 shipping so say $18 total. You'll probably have to put the price at $20 in order for you to get $18. Does that make sense?

@amyhay23 - Ok i got it 👍😉 You should get a notification saying that it sold and Posh will send you a shipping label so you'll need to either log into your email or log into your Posh account thru a computer because you'll need to print the shipping label. I can walk you through that also 😊

@cardone1 - I know we're not supposed to email but I just thought it'd be easier to communicate in this situation. The lady I sent it to said she would forward it to you so I emailed her your shipping label. She said she had a family emergency last week and wouldn't be able to send it until Monday (this last Monday) so either way you should have gotten it by now.

@cardone1 - I'm taking her word that she is still going to forward it on if she hasn't already but I dont want you to have to pay for anything since this was all my fat so if you want to just cancel the order I would feel better about it. That way if she did/does send it and it gets to you it'll be free and if she doesn't then it was a lesson learned on my part :-(

@cardone1 - I would prefer that you cancel the order after you receive it if that's possible because I dont know how the shipping labels work meaning if you cancel the order now the label may not be good anymore, but I don't see how that's possible so if you still have the option to cancel now, just go ahead and do it so you don't get charged.
