Vintage long, wool trenchcoat. Soft, high-quality wool w/ a nice, rich sheen to it. No size tag, but is approx. a ladies size Medium to Large M / L. Length from shoulder to bottom: 41". Two front buttons, two front pockets, one interior pocket. Fully lined. Dry clean only. Has a tag that states "ILGWU - International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union - Made in USA". vintage_closet_ @christinareaves Thanks for your question! There is no tag that states the material composition of the coat. It is vintage, so I'm not even sure those types of tags were standard back then. There is only a tag that states the manufacturer - Alorna - located on the neck of the coat, & a small tag sewn into the lower inside right side that states that it was made by the ILGWU and then a care tag underneath that stating that it is dry clean only, low moisture steam press. vintage_closet_ @christinareaves However, I personally have owned quite a few wool trench coats & pea coats of varying quality through the years, & in my own opinion I would guess that this is a wool/cashmere blend. It is not stiff & scratchy like some of the cheap wool coats I've encountered. The wool on this coat is soft and pliable, & it also has a very noticeable sheen to the wool (as can be seen in pics 1 & 3), characteristic of cashmere or wool/silk blend fabrics.
