tfree1965 @star__noel Hi! The smallest I was able to get was the 6. Actual waist measurement is 28", hip 36.5". It is only 15.5" long, so could be worn low, still hitting well above the knee. Thanks!💞

tfree1965 @feliarex Hi!💕 Sorry for the delay. These skirts have a ton of stretch! The waist on the 8 is approx 31 stretching to 34". The 10 is 32 stretching to 35". Length appears the same on both. Hope this helps!😘
