tianai @thungu you're somewhere in the middle of M & L for these pants (6-8: M and 8-10: L), so I measured both sizes for you. Waist lay flat for M is about 14"; and 15" for L. Back rise (from waist band to crotch area) measures 11" for M and 11 1/2" for L. Would this help?😊
