@zapstock hi! This is a cotton poly blend and it's pretty flowy - the bottom hip area measures about 19.5" laying flat

That's all? Almost 40 inches for hips? Mine are about 41...would it fit me?

@zapstock I took another photo for you. It shows how the bottom of the dress bells out to accommodate who's wearing it. Although you may not be able to see from the pics, where I'm measuring is 20" across. This dress will definitely fit you! I just measured my hips at my widest place and I'm 40". This fit me with room to spare and wasn't tight! Yay!
