@clandonohuemama length is 11 inches, height 7.5 inches, width 4 inches. Strap is 20 in with adjustment to make longer on either side of strap. It's on the shortest strap length now so with the increase in adjustment add a few more inches on to the 20 in. Let me know if you have any other questions!
