bohoxchic @jhowse7 I think the small should be fine because like I said it's very stretchy and I am measuring on the flat, not stretched out. FYI the medium is bust: 30", waist: 24.5", hip: 31.5". This outfit would def look hot for Vegas! 😄🔥
