I'll have to measure the hips and get back to you. @jessblacksher92 I'm in the process of moving so everything is packed away in boxes, it'll be a few days, but I should be able to! 1coolsquid @portuguesegal53 the hips measured about 38in around when I had it on, but it's stretchy! And yes it fits me and I usually wear a medium! I've just never had an occasion to wear it! @jessblacksher92 see updated picture! :)
