leysa @eviluni I got three offers this weekend on my vintage Ozzy shirt that’s marked ‘price firm’ throughout the listing. The highest offer being $70 the lowest $30 I blocked every one of them. Two of the people were vintage shops hoping they would rip me off and flip the shirt. Some people are just disgusting.

leysa @swglassman I didn’t wash or wear your item. Your item was dropped at UPS Saturday for a USPS pick up. It was returned due to the mess of unravelled thread you failed to mention. I stated I ordered it for a wedding NOT a wedding that was taking place last weekend. You have ONE sale review on here, despite implying you had multiple great feedbacks on the return case. If anyone is Renting the Runway they aren’t doing it on a $16 romper.

You’re also CLEARLY stating you had positive REVIEWS. You have ONE review despite selling more than one item. leysa @nikkibeamer Welcome to Posh 🙂 I wish we could turn off offers on items. The bundling feature unfortunately gives buyers the impression they are going to get a discount. I tell the buyer In my closet it allows them to pay one shipping rate for everything, not to receive a discount. Don’t ever feel pressure to accept offers or offer deals. A lot of sellers mark at a higher price, knowing they can negotiate and still get the $ they want . I just like to save everyone time and be straight up.

leysa @nikkibeamer Some people create bundles with the hope you will send them a price. Others create bundles and send an offer. Some just don’t understand the bundle feature lol. I don’t reach out to anyone that creates a bundle. If they are truly interested they will be in touch. I personally don’t feel the need to push sales or tout for business. It is a great feature if you have listed items slightly higher and then can offer a bundle discount. The buyer feels they are getting a deal. 😘🖤

nikkibeamer And the buyers with 1200 items in their closets trying to buy an item listed for $200 brand new for example for $80 are flat out just insulting. I just ignore those offers and I really can’t be bothered to shop those closets that are a garage sale with anything from a book on parenting to some Vintage Fendi boots! If I find them easily great but I can’t dig through like I’m at Ross! I actually ship another “online app” that’s international with insanely well priced unique brands no negotiating

I find it’s either garage sale hodgepodge or all free people and only size 38.5-40 brand new shoes that clearly were on clearance that they buy to sell from a department store because there can not be that many women wearing a size 9.5 -10 with unworn YSL or Gucci heels. Absolutely stick to your guns with sales. I blocked 2 people this weekend. A lot of my listings say price firm even if bundled. I listed a lot of makeup this weekend so the pieces I just want to move on say price firm unless bundled with 3+ items. Even then my discount will be minimal. Tbh people still ignore it lol

I get so insulted when people offer outrageous offers on something rare or a quality brand in my closet. I then click on their closet and they are selling a bunch of junky Old Navy stuff that is insanely overpriced. Or even worse they are selling the same brand as they are buying from my but are asking twice as much as I am.

leysa @nikkibeamer I usually say to them (as nicely as I can) “I see from your closet you appreciate quality brands/pricing so can understand the price I am asking is extremely reasonable”. I get asked to trade a lot but it’s usually something really nice of mine, and they have PINK (by Victoria’s Secret) sweat suits. Lol, yeah definitely not me. A lot of the stuff I’m selling isn’t my style any more as I’ve gotten older, but PINK was never my style. Haha 😘🖤

nikkibeamer @leysa Yep I see the same stuff going on and it’s incredibly insulting, for one I can not understand for the life of me why people buy old Navy or Target clothes on Posh when they’re very easily accessible pretty much in every city brand new in a store!!! And it is a huge pet peeve of mine when I buy $400 shoes and the seller can’t be bothered to wipe them down at the very least🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m just too prideful to send a buyer a pair of designer or even $45 shoes not completely cleaned,
