Deep Vneck with tie around the neck in the back. Open back. Mini dress wouldn't suggest if you're taller than like 5'8." Since it's a tie around the neck it's hard to measure. Measures 29" from shoulders to bottom hem. It seems to run small. Note the waist is elastic and the top you can adjust.
