missaisha555 @jerrir waist laying flat not stretched on one side is 12 hips 15 length 30 this is not stretch and it has lots of stretch the small fits a 2/4

jerrir I'm a 4, I ordered a dress from you a while back and it's a small, a little tighter than I'd like, but usually a small fits no prob. I love this skirt and want to make sure it'll fit properly.
