panaceanproject @veronicanorene I think this may be a tad too big for you... If your hip measurement is 29-30" it will probably fit. But if you measure smaller than that then this will be too big.

panaceanproject @flowerbarbie121 I am so sorry for the delayed response. I got home very late last night and was so tired I forgot to look at the skirt. Apologies! I checked it out and the waistband is in fact elastic so it will have some give. :-)
