I'm not sure exactly how it works but the the ends squeeze your nose gently to hold onto your nose and the ring itself is very light so enough so it doesn't hurt your nose at all. It's kind of like those clip on earrings that people used to wear but it's less painless because they're lighter and you don't have to clip them on :)

vanessatian @lilwaynelover23 the fake part is in your nose and you can't really see it from outside unless you look really closely. It's sturdy on my nose but if you have a really small nose it might not be. The size of it is adjustable though because the wire is bendy :)

After gas I was probably losing money, so in order to earn back what I lost before, I had to raise the price a little :/
