Black barely worn long flirty summer skirt. Bottom is full - if you give it a spin it will flare a bit! It is super cute. Has a layer underneath so it's not clingy or see through. Small side buttons and little tie. Vertical embroidered details. Just too big for me. Worn a handful of times. **size is 8 but it fits more like a 10-12** waist is 16 across length 37
