Black tunic top/dress with decorative neckline

This dress is a very soft material, the shoulders are open and elastic at the waste. The front around the neck is outlined with a teal color dark gray beads and white/purple circles around the beads. I can't make out the size but I usually wear a large because of my chest size. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a shirt or dress but I wore it as a dress.
