thenatrose @rileybosworthh hi! the waist is 33 inches, and the waist is 27 inches :) the size small is an inch less for each.. hope that helps!

thenatrose @mrscatski hi love, I’m so sorry I missed your comment! The size small would fit a size 4 perfectly! I would recommend wearing a nude colored bra or a light colored bralette/cami underneath. I am wearing a nude bra in the photo. I can take the measurements you requested tonight 😘😘
