I spent over $200 for a purse and received a ring that I do not want and never would have ordered. Very distressed about this. There should be a better way to contact sellers or some followup by the sellers. Contacted support and they gave directions to click on a link that does not even appear in the browser!!!

carolczuk WRONG ITEM SENT IN MY ORDER. I have tried to contact you and you do not respond. I paid for a dooney bourke purse and got a ring and a bunch of fluff in a box. IPlease do the right thing and send me the item I paid for. I am getting very frustrated with numerous attempts to contact you and trying to made customer service understand what went on. The item in the box withe the tracking number you listed was the incorrect item. USPS investigated and resolved case as well, finding seller error

Customer service has only advised to check with my neighbors to see if they have it and have not been helpful at all. I did not get a message. carolczuk None of the above makes sense and I did not state that. Regardless of the ring, you need to send the purse that I paid for. I have no idea how to even return the ring. I have not been sent a mailing label and until I get one I cannot send the ring back. If you sent a purse out... you must have some record of what you send to whom. I suggest that you track it, just like I had to track my item. Who sent the bag out? And yes, this is a nightmare! Send the purse. Send the label and we're all good.

carolczuk You cannot hold my purse or refund hostage because of the ring. You sent that ring in error, your error not mine. I never requested it. Send the purse or issue a refund ASAP. You will get the ring as soon as I get a postage paid label. I trusted you and you will now have to trust me ... and you can.

dianem1962 @carolczuk O can't refund anything, only Poshmark can, you have to do it through them, on where you either accept or not accept, say you got the wrong item, they will review it, then when Poshmark mark makes a decision, they will send you a return shipping label, when the wrong item is returned to me then you will get a refund. I can't do it, Poshmark has to!!!!!
