Hi, these run pretty narrow. They say 10 M, but I find that most Munro shoes run narrow and these are best for a more narrow foot. Let me know if I can provide any other info. Thanks!

Hi, I personally find these shoes quite comfortable and there is some cushion in the sole. I don't honestly know what the heel is made of. My best guess is it feels like some kind of super hard rubber???? If it were me, I would be fine standing and working in these shoes all day, but if I were going on a long 10.5 hour walk, I would personally choose something else like a walking shoe. I think it depends on the fit and what you find comfortable. Sorry I can't be more specific!
