Never been used. Perfect condition. Comes with 3.4 fl oz. perfume, 3.4 fl oz. body lotion, and a 3.4 fl oz. bath gel. It smells amazing! I got this as a gift recently but I have big bottles of the perfume and lotion so I'm selling the gift set.

@plannergirl82 no I do not sorry:/

You have a items in your closet that aren't saleable according to Poshmark policy. I'm not the law, obviously, but you should consider selling these items on other platforms so you can get host picks and more exposure on Posh. If I can help, let me know!!
drummerchick
@aelalea is this item not allowed? I thought new beauty products were?
aelalea
No, it's actually a little confusing. Virtually everyone who sells on Posh takes a little time to get it figured out. But basically, new deal in box make up is allowed, but skin care and perfume isn't. To be continued...
aelalea
It makes sense if you think of it like this... Anything you can't legally send through the US mail, Posh really can't permit us to sell. That means no perfume, even though it seems posh appropriate. Make up is okay to sell because it doesn't make claims to make you healthier. But skin care might - so we can't sell each other skin care.

Poshmark knows these distinctions are difficult to make out and I believe that they would prefer simpler rules. Based on my observation, they make the rules according to whether it's a women's fashion item and whether it is legal to mail. @queenmumm has great info posted in her closet about this stuff.
drummerchick
@aelalea so it's illegal to send perfume by USPS? Or you just have to buy a different label for it? Or do u have to use fed ex or ups? I didn't know that though lol
drummerchick
@aelalea I don't think poshmark really cares that much considering they are making 20% of any and every purchase. They just have to have those rules for the law so they don't get in trouble. Idk though

I am not sure how to do it legally, but there must be a legal method or you couldn't order perfume from Sephora or wherever. But yeah, the idea is it's flammable and therefore dangerous. And it's also potentially destructive if someone packs it poorly and a bottle breaks in a mail truck.
aelalea
Because Posh uses USPS labels, there's no way around it. Interesting though that somehow Amazon is allowed to mail anything it wants... Hmmm
aelalea
Oh they definitely don't want to get into trouble - the company is doing well and who needs legal trouble over perfume and nail polish? Again my observation of Posh decision making is they just try to make everything as simple as possible.
aelalea
Okay now I'm rambling... But listings for men's and children's clothing, electronics, household goods - these are all against the rules. Would Poshmark like to make money on those things? Sure, why not? The thing is, Poshmark in its current form is for women's fashion, so non-women's items create confusion and clutter for buyers.
aelalea
But posh knows there's huge potential for sales of kids and menswear, so they are working on a way to allow it without the confusion and clutter... It might be separate apps, but I haven't heard yet.
