New with tags. Fits like a small but top is L and will fit a C cup max. Bottom is M and fits like a small. That's why I listed as a small. It did not fit me, I'm a 32DD and a size 26/27 in jeans and both top and bottom were small (I can put them on but they're too tiny for my comfort zone). Consult brand sizing chart for measurements. It's very pretty!
