mysticmay @destinynason Hello! The Jamberry wraps are heat activated- this helps them to stay on for up to 2 weeks. After you prep your nails, all you need to do is find the right size for your nail, cut it in half, heat the jam up for a few seconds and put it on the nail. Jamberry has mini heaters you can use (I'm going to be listing one shortly) or you can just use a blow dryer to heat the jams. They're awesome! 💐😍💐
