Forever 21 pink chiffon dress

Light and airy fabric, second layer is not chiffon. Has flower detailing around the waist with a peak-a-boo band. Perfect for a cute night out on the town, or dress it down for a comfy summer lounging dress! I love this dress but recently have lost weight and it no longer fits the way it used to. Perfect condition worn twice.
