After more than 100 purchases from here, this is my first time to have a problem with a posh transaction. Bought this pair from @ pinapatel and this is what I got from my $45.95 purchase. Seller even adviced me to just resell the shoes when I get it cause it got damaged "a little".. I dunno who in their right mind will buy this pair for $40. So disappointed!!

I didn't accept the order upon receiving due to it's condition but it took a while for someone from posh to respond to my inquiry so the money was released to the seller after 3days (if I'm not mistaken) after delivery.. So frustrated cause I was tryna get my money back in any way possible but the seller was so hard to talk to & u can see that she sent a damaged bag to someone from her page too :(

joey65 @ierk1028 - this girl needs to be banned from selling on here because she is selling really damaged items and not being truthful in her listing. This pinapatel person is really, really foul. I reported her to poshmark. I'm sorry this happened to you, send that mess back and get your money back.

Really frustrating cause poshmark replied to me late and the funds have been released to her so I can't get my money back.. When i offered her other options (since she said she's willing to gve me my money).. She won't do as i say

ierk1028 @joey65 I was so mad cause u can see from our convo (where she posted this shoe listing), she was clearly aware that it was damaged but I don't understand why she still shipped it to me then denies that she didn't know.. All the convo is still there and she told me it's a little damaged but I can just resell it when I get it :( I will keep on reporting her shop cause I have bought so many stuff here but this is the frst tme I encountered something like this.. I hope you get your money back 🙏🏻

joey65 @ierk1028 this woman is disgusting. She would never be able to sell on Ebay because p.a.y.p.a.l would have already closed her account, due to complaints. Poshmark is too passive and they let too many sellers get away with murder on here, that's why they sell on here because they can misrepresent their product. If they grossly misrepresent an item, poshmark should refund you immediately.
