pemerson55 @liveluvrock ok so the straps are adjustable like a bra strap and so I adjusted it for the longest fit and at that point the length from the top of the shoulders to the hem is 24". The measurement right under the bust is anywhere from 29-40 bec its elastic in the back which makes it very adjustable. Hope that helps--feel free to ask any more questions. I'm happy to help😘💕
