@sincerelydianne I only have it in large left! But the bottom is elastic and relatively loose fitting. The part on the top is kind of tight fitting though so it doesn't slide off your shoulders. It can be worn above the shoulders too though for a less tight fit

Typically I get a medium in shirts for this reason. What would you recommend? St saying with a small or go to a medium?

@ssong18 once again I am very sorry the shirt didn't work out for you!! I've sold a ton of them and have heard nothing but positive feedback...which is why it's upsetting to hear that! I couldn't have kept the shirt on my shoulders if I wanted to as you can see in the pictures. I was not trying to false advertise. I guess it just depends on body type if it is "off the shoulders or not" 😔 so sorry I will work on item title in the future
