Back around 1999, brocades were all the rage, and Forever 21 was like a treasure chest of Asian-inspired fabric. These are marked large but fit me (size 6, 39" hips) perfectly, so I'm listing as medium. They are 100% polyester (no stretch, dry clean), cropped, and feature black velvet panels and trim at the hem and a drawstring waist. The fabric is a deep wine color (difficult to capture here) and has some sheen to it, and I love to pair them with black patent leather shoes. Excellent condition.
