You don't have to measure anything but if you've seen the S and L does it look like it's just longer? Or wider? I'm trying to get into clean eating... I haven't started yet. I'm like 15lbs over where I want to be :/

@kswear1220 the L is 1" longer than the S. It is also wider. You will definitely lose 15 lb eating clean! Find healthy foods you enjoy and stock those at home 🍋 I love veggie/fruit smoothies with added protein - they are filling and taste good - a great snack between meals 🍓 You've got this 👏
