@cccls it's not straight down. It has a tummy tuck feature. The bottom goes under the belly. I normally prefer fitted tops but i really liked this one. I just grabbed the wrong size and i did not have time to return it. Most of my wardrobe is dress barn. It is excellent quality for plus sizes.
