Charlotte Russe Rayon top

White rayon top. Twist at the bottom, doesn't close. Small black spot on the inside of the shirt it doesn't go through to the outside. There is a couple of marks on the left front sleeve they almost look like pencil marks but I didn't want to try spot washing it. Brand new never been worn still has the tags.
