kristinalacour @nereil86 OMG! I AM SOOOO SORRY! I have never done that before - ugh! Not that it matters but I have had an incredibly horrible two weeks of work and was sick and haven't been on Poshmark. I did not print the label immediately like I usually do and completely forgot. I will get the top in the mail tomorrow and if there is anything else in my closet say about $15 or less you would like please tag the item and I will include it for free.

I'm sorry you're not having any luck with your emails - it does take some time for a response. If you do receive any of the items that weren't intentionally purchased, when the item is delivered don't accept it. Under that it says something like Problems/Order Inquiry... I don't remember exactly what the choices are but just pick one that fits the best and they will email you about it.

dandelionsweet Kristina, I want to apologize for opening that case. I really thought it was just a place to document issues with the order, and didn’t realize that it would end in an ultimatum of either refunding or returning the dress. I 100% want to keep the dress AND want you to get paid for the sale! Poshmark wants me to return it and won’t let me accept it at this point, which is really annoying. I’m going to reach out to them and let them know that it’s fine.

dandelionsweet I suspect that they have AI handling their returns, and maybe my saying that I DIDN’T want to return it set off their AI to think that I DID want to return it—ugh. Again, I’m truly truly, sorry. I will definitely not do order inquiries in the future unless I actually want a return or refund. I’m going to reach out to Poshmark and tell them that I want to keep the dress and want to make sure you get paid for it.
