@via16 I understand. In this case I would go with a small since your main concern is bust and it measures 36" around which I think should fit you fine. But if you feel you need the extra 2" then sizing up to Medium won't hurt. Between the two dresses, they don't differ in size very much...

Is that the exact dress your getting? I've seen the same dress on eBay & the seller is claiming its for love & lemons & selling it for $100. I'm only asking because I was planning on buying the other dress and I want to make sure they're not ripping me off appreciate the help thank you
