This is my "Little Man"/10yrs old/3.75 lbs/He was DX w CHF 2day at Vet's/he's now on 4 meds that will eventually stop working/the hot-humid weather exacerbated the problem/I thought he had asthma/allergy/but it's his heart/But we will help him all we can/can't put $ on LOVE/or LOVE he's given me & Tom/So this Little Man will be spoiled like none before till The Lord calls him Home! So/today wasn't the best day of my life! I would ask 4 ur prayers for him & me/TY๐

Jo/just wanted u2 understand why I was rather blown away/this is 1 of my puppies Little Man/he's been having trouble breathing/took him 2 Vet 2day/congestive heart failure/I thought it was allergies/asthma? But terrible heat/humidity just made his condition worse! He's now on 4 meds/w no guarantee! But I'm gonna Love him as long as God gives us. I know ur a good prayer person thought u might say 1-4 Little Man. Not trying 2 bother/I'm asking many of my friends.

My Vet/was brutally honest/told us the meds (4) of them/would only work for so long/but till that day/I'm gonna Love Little Man/w all my heart/he's a very special little package from heaven/he sleeps on my chest/close to my heart! Really๐

My sweet friend it was not a good day 2day/we took my LittleMan to Vet/he is a 3.75lbs bundle of love/He has CHF(Congestive Heart Failure)/put him on 4 meds/but Vet told us/they will only work 4 a limited amt of time/We took him to Dairy Queen/4 Puppy Cup/He will be Loved Loved Loved! Till God calls him home! It's been a sad day! Please say prayer 4 LittleMan & Me/I go back to Mayo Monday!

@toryshop I'm sure meds will work & keep him comfortable for quite some time so he has a quality of life. I'm feeling pretty good about this. You will keep an extreme eye if there are any changes and alert his Dr. but I think there will be good time for you to continue to love, enjoy, reflect, and prepare. He's very sick! Vet told us yesterday he has Congestive Heart Failure/gave him 4 meds/but the high heat/humidity are really causing breathing problems for this special Little Man๐We love him so much!

Our Dairy Queen/Gives puppies their own small little dish of ice cream w a tiny dog bone treat in it! It's so lovely & our babies know Dairy Queen/it's free! And when tell them bye-bye they all know Dairy Queen is on the Day's Agenda! Little Man is holding his own/a break in the heat is much wanted!!

@toryshop I don't have a Yorkie, but I was def looking at them & ended up with my babydoll, Millie, a Maltepoo. She brought so much joy &life into my dad and my life, and after he passed, I know his soul is somewhat in her, she can always sense when I'm sad. I can't imagine the heartache you feel. Millie & I will say a prayer for your sweetie. And Millie agrees w u about the humidity, she's not a happy camper. she says it makes her hair too curly ๐ถ๐ซโ๐

Hi sweet PFF/Little Man is hangin right in. It cooled off & that help as well as his meds finally seem to have kicked in/I think the meds make home sleepy as that's what he does s lot/right by Mom if possible! He sleeps on my Heart๐!

Part 2/The Vet said I know to expect this as they are now Senior Aged but the pain was shattering! My depression was awful & just got out Wednesday on my own Birthday/& did have a nice evening w friends! But my heart still is do broken! That's what my Chewy is affectionately known as by my family too (one of the many cute names). He too is going through similar struggle (up with him now to take his heart med). He's 14 - a loveable Shih-tzu. Bless you and your hubby for loving your babe as much as you did. Of course, these darlings make it impossible not to. "Little Man" is forever grateful, I am sure of it. ๐
