My counter is about as low as I'm willing to go on these as I paid close to that for wholesale and still need to be able to receive a return on my investment. @teresagrace sorry for the delay. On the large the measurements for the waist are 14" flat 28" around, the hips are open but at their widest point they measure 34" flat 68" around and the length too to bottom is 24.5-25". Hope that helps 😽💛✌️
