Tommy girl tight dress only worn once!!

This is a tommy girl dress. Size small. Tight navy blue. Has red detailing. Strap goes around neck and shows half back. It was originally 50 dollars. I only wore it once for like an hour so it's pretty much never worn :) I m 5'3 and it fits below the knee!
