Going to consignment This dress is so pretty with a soft floral print in different colors. Strapless. Covered back zip. The dress is in excellent condition, only worn a couple times. Lying flat I measured the waist at about 14" across. 29" long. "Strapless dress with multi color hibiscus print, asymmetric pleats, panel fan detail at bust, pleats at skirt and interior silicone strip for support. Side slash pockets. Hidden back zipper with snap closure. Shell: 100% Cotton; Lining: 100% Cotton"

effloro @heavenknows yes, it's an empire waist, maybe on the low side for empire but it's not at the natural waist. Measuring from the neckline to the waistline is about 8.25". Hope this helps!
