There are a couple of scratches/marks(shown in the last picture)on the back of the purse that are not really noticeable. It was on the display in the store

happyseller1 @blake25253 yes the bottom is 11" long and you can expand the top to 17" long if that makes sense. But I don't see any point in the top being expended. Lol so basically I say 11" Long :-)

hollysthreads @happyseller1 read this on line. Honestly know Lil to noting more than my mom tells me. Is Michael a bag too? COACH bags have a "serial number" stamped on the inside, on a square patch of leather sewn into the lining. Some of the smaller purses (the "clutch," the "swingpack" and the "mini") do not have a serial number.

happyseller1 @blake25253 it is on inside of the lining inside of the purse. That's the only # that is there. You also can see the original tag attached to it in one of the pictures.
