Wide waistband which can be worn high-waisted (as shown), or rolled over. Fitted in the waist with a slight flare at the hem. Rayon blend knit, fairly lightweight. Size XS, can also fit a S because it is so stretchy.

Is the upper part of the fabric stretched? Because I had the same one of this skirt and after a while the fabric stretched out. What is the lowest you are willing to take?
