@wenstar posh doesn't allow exchanges or returns. That's why there is no instructions. I can process an exchange in sizes for you if you ship the package back to the return address but I can't send the medium out until I receive your return.: /

@chantelzales also I was told an exchange would be easy..I've made exchanges with websites before and I've never had to cover the shipping on a return back to the company. I gladly paid it since I know posh doesn't normally do this kind of thing. But I would appreciate if you'd mail the size small back to me and cover the shipping on that. Just like you would do if I had ordered from your personal website. Thanks
