Hi! I just want every1 to know the difference between a real and fake Kylie lip kit. First things, if you sell fake kits and this effects your buys then I'm sorry but it's unfair to all of us who'd be paying you the same price rather than buying it from the website. 1st photo you can already notice the L/H of the box. The real box is longer and the box is actually white(the right). You can also notice that reflection doesn't reflect on the fake one (the left). I will continue in the comments!

joee_shii Continuing on the back you notice the signature of Kylie is more vivid on the Candy K and you can notice the dead of night box is a bit yellow.. Also a dead give away is is the bottom of the text of the fake box reaches the bottom rather the candy k is about a centimeter or two away from the end of the box. The reason for this is that there's added chemicals to the fake box- and this is another reason why I'm warning because this can cause an allergic reaction to some people.

joee_shii On the 3rd photo I took out the lipsticks and the dead of night fell apart. Not to mention the lipstick isn't as thick of the material of the Candy k. A dead give away is the length of the lipstick. Another dead give away is the packaging of the boxes the dead of night is not as promising as candy k- there's a huge difference!! And the last photo says it all- the dead of night doesn't perform as great as candy k. It was one swap each and then the dead of night easily smeared.

joee_shii That's about it. To clarify , I'm not saying the dead of night itself isn't legit. That one was bought from an off website and the candyk was bought straight from Kylie cosmetics website. I'm warning this not to offend anyone but just that it's unfair to girls spending their money on fakes when they can save 20$ more or even buy it on the website. There's added chemicals to the one that's off website so it can cause any type of infection for those who aren't careful and aware.

_sneakerqueen I got my fake ones the other day and a real one a few days after, the fake ones are so sticky and literally would not come off my lips you can def tell the difference when you get a fake one I seen one girl selling fake ones for 45 and she said their real but the font on the tube was way too thick compared to authentic ones, she actually has ones in stock either in kits or singles I wouldn't buy off here only her website unless the person has the receipt to prove its authentic

_sneakerqueen I think I paid less than 2.00 for my fake ones a piece on Ali express for just the lipstick, so these people are making a huge profit, thankfully posh will let you send the item back for a full refund if it's fake I bought a Mac lipstick and the girl said it was real but it wasn't and posh let me return it for a refund I just hate how girls can't be honest on here they ruin it for all the honest sellers :(

_sneakerqueen I'm a sneaker head so I knew immediately they were fake as well as so many people were commenting they were fake as well and she still tried saying their real they look like they cost maybe 30-50.00 if you go on Ali express they have just about anything replica and people buy it dirt cheap knowing its fake and come on here selling it for retail price or higher when it's not even authentic they even have some vs pink on there

_sneakerqueen Most of the stuff you can tell its fake it looks off so it's pretty easy to tell and if a seller has every Kylie lip kit new in box for 30 and has a bunch of them their fake no one has that many that are real and selling them making only 24 when they cost like 40 after shipping

_sneakerqueen @kurtzhalscg yeah but she charges like 8.95 for shipping which I think is way over priced and I've heard she takes forever to ship some orders. It looks fake when someone has like 10 of every color new in box unlike yours where you only have a few your trying to sell your price is a really good price :)

joee_shii @masanchez626 the authentic is usually 40$ I believe but the reason people sell here and how people actually buy here is because it's easier to get because I know Kylie sells the item and it gets sold out pretty fast . On this app the price really varies :)

Like I don't know how people don't think this through.. Easily, I can do this myself but I choose not to because up to a certain point it's unfair!😞

Same thing with sellers who sell like 30 peach eyeshadow pallettes and dont answer people in the comments asking for the serial number 😣 even when confronted after some people act clueless and say its authentic when clearly it isnt, and say theyll provide proof to posh if you open a case 😩 ive seen it get so sneaky that a "receipt" was blurry in the photo and didnt have her name on it, such a shame people go to such an extent to rip off others!

yescakai @joee_shii I think you might have it reversed. All my Kylie lip kits have been purchased from Kylie's website and all of them have the print all the way to the bottom of the box. I can 100% guarantee all have been purchased from her cosmetic site. Unless they changed the packaging recently but all of my lip kits have the print to the bottom of the box.
