FYI - straps never came with the Roxanne bags and it is not recommended to use straps, as it's a lot of weight on the two end flaps - though some people do use a guitar strap. Mulberry recommended not to use a strap. The Mulberry Rosemary (a small Roxanne size) comes with a shoulder strap (not crossbody) - but it can be removed and you can use your own strap. Just an fyi. :)
