july2011 Hi...Can I please get the flat waist measurement on this? I would greatly appreciate it. Also, Is the waist elastic or is there a zipper for closure?

steve383 @july2011 hi! Thanks for the interest on this too 😊 there is no elastic in the wait, it has an exposed back zipper (pictured) there is no stretch to this skirt. The waistband measure 15" and the hips measure 20". I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions!
