Used maybe twice. In perfect condition. Has a spot for laptop (13" laptop fits perfectly) it can hold up to four 1" binders comfortably too. Great school bag, I just want a shoulder bag. It's a super cute bag with many fictional pockets. Two side for a water bottle and two in the front as well. Many pockets also for multifunctional use. :)
