gs07ddb oK, GREAT! just tag me when available. Yes, i am still working out steadily but recently tried Crossfit. I thought it would be a breeze given i do Muay Thai, gosh girl, it kicked my butt! i literally couldn't walk nor sit for 2 days. I guess my body needs something different. So i will try that for a few months & see how my bod reacts to it.

missktgc Will do love, I am excited for you! I kept the pink one for myself! You kill the workout game! I need to get back in the gym ASAP. My step daughter is playing field hockey and takes runs in our neighborhood, I need to join her. I did kick boxing before and I was so sore! I also used to go to a crossfit " boot camp" when I lived down the beach and girl I was always so sore the next day! Running is my favorite though, it really clears my head! @gs07ddb
